Project Manager for producing the new business opportunities department  a software application for their sales team to use in the field as they communicated with the bottling companies.   -- After initiation of the project from the the head of the department, my responsibility was to plan the activities of how this would be done.  Secondly, I retained the human resouces needed to program and design the interactivity and graphics respectively.  Thirdly, I managed the execution of the development of this software and monitored the progress without adding features not originally in the project charter or project scope.  At completion I closed the project with the approval of the sponsor.  Lessons learned were the value of communication throughout the process.
